This is a full body massage which stimulates muscles and circulation, it is a generally uplifting massage which also helps with stress especially if your stress leaves you feeling lethargic. This therapy can also use essential oils. (duration 1hr)

Reflexology - £20
This treatment is concentrated to the feet, where there are zones which relate to other parts of the body, in massaging these areas on the feet the corresponding part of body is also treated. This is a relaxing treatment and is also good for those people who have been on their feet all day. (duration 45mins)
